We hope you love your candle or wax melt order, however if there are any issues with your order we will of course resolve them as soon as possible. Please email with any refund enquiries.

Refund Policy

If you receive your order and are not satisfied please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will either process a refund or send out another order. Delivery charges are non refundable.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we will require your order number and photographic evidence if your order has arrived damaged . Please note that without the proof of purchase or photographic evidence, we can not issue a refund.
